Americas Cardroom ANDREAT.

Never underestimate deep online gaming roots and the online poker site industry’s ability to surprise you.

America’s Cardroom is a very good example, beginning life as an obscure offshoot of now-defunct sports outfit Betcris in 2001.

With the way US online gaming changes, that might as well be a million years ago.

How has America’s Cardroom grown like this?

Cut to an opportunity to bail out ailing Doyle’s Room, lure long-tenured but underperforming sites like True Poker, and they’ve somehow emerged as one of the busiest networks in US online poker with no one else able to touch their massive tournaments.

I kept seeing the name around, but this was actually my first experience with the Winning Poker Network since they bailed out the aforementioned Yatahay sites.

I had a sort of a personal boycott on what I figured would be another doomed undersized US-facing network.

ACR one of the largest sites open to US players

I’ve actually been pleasantly surprised and discovered, amazingly, that this is now one of the largest open networks available to US players.

America’s Cardroom only trails Bovada and matches BetOnline in terms of overall traffic.

While I don’t prefer 6-seated tables America’s Cardroom has them in spades, with dozens of active tables up to the $5/10 level and a handful of full 9-seated ones as well.

Tournaments are one of the big highlights

America’s Cardroom is largely succeeding without anything really spectacular aside from hosting, by far, some of the largest tournaments in the US market.

The featured event has a guaranteed $1 million prize pool, which hasn’t been seen in US parts since Black Friday swallowed up the big boys back in 2011.

The cheapest tournaments also draw 500-1,000+ players, which are some of the best numbers in the market, US or otherwise.

Strength of ACR withdrawals is noteworthy

The other two most compelling reasons to play at America’s Cardroom are the game traffic and the quick consistent withdrawals.

The promotions are decent with a 100% bonus and an average clearing rate. One aspect that stands out at America’s Cardroom is the behind-the-scenes work of their support and cashier.

Efficient cashier

America’s Cardroom has deep roots in the origins of online and thus always seem to be one step ahead in terms of processing.

They always bring their own cashier to whatever network they are on and it invariably adds more options than their skin competitors.

Withdrawals have been very fast for over a decade, which is easy to overlook but shouldn’t be understated.

America’s Cardroom is close to the good old days

After the failures and outright scams in the industry of the past 5 years (Lock, UB) I’ve become somewhat cynical to recommending many US poker rooms period.

America’s Cardroom has been a nice breath of fresh air, proving that good concepts and strong execution can still be rewarded with busy tables.

It comes very close to the good old days:

  • Plenty of tables
  • Big tournaments
  • A cashier that just works

I can easily see why they have achieved the player numbers they have and, if they continue their current level of service, America’s Cardroom is an easy recommendation for US players starved of a consistent high-level poker home.

America's Cardroom Review
America’s Cardroom is on quite a run over the past few years, growing to #2 in the US, hosting $1 million tournaments, and adding (in my opinion) the best instant bonus anywhere. They could use a mobile client and fewer number-pumping tournament gimmicks, but they’re trending very much in the right direction.

America’s Cardroom Cons

I genuinely like America’s Cardroom and think they’ve done a lot of things well over the past several years.

They’ve bailed out some failing competitors, dished out one of the most underrated bonuses online, embraced cryptocurrencies, and are a breeze to get cashouts from. I still play at ACR regularly.

Despite those positives, however, America’s Cardroom isn’t perfect. They have a couple of legacy issues I’ve been waiting years for them to fix, along with a more recent cheating mini-scandal.

The former probably matters to me more than anyone else, whereas the latter will catch everyone’s attention who plays at ACR.

What still needs work at America’s Cardroom?

No mobile client

America’s Cardroom lacking a mobile option is as egregious a blunder as a modern business not having a website. There is no separate “smartphone segment” to ignore anymore. That segment is essentially the entire poker-playing population.

I know – official apps listed on the likes of the App Store or Google Play are out. An app with access to real-money poker for US players? That would be shut down faster than you can say “double standard”.

However, as a popular poker site trying to make a business in this century, America’s Cardroom is borderline negligent not to find a way to make mobile work.

America’s Cardroom ought to pay developers the proceeds of a day’s worth of rake and simply make it work.

Bovada Poker added no-app mobile cash games back in 2014 and reaped the benefits. BetOnline Pokerstopped dragging their feet about mobile in 2017 and arguably did it even better with multi-table and tournament functionality.

Maybe ACR has something for mobile in the works. I’ve heard rumors that they do. Whenever America’s Cardroom goes mobile, it will still be years overdue.

ACR Poker Software Downloads
America’s Cardroom may have you covered on Windows and Mac, but where’s the mobile software? For now, no app or instant play exists.

No anonymous tables

This is more of a personal pet peeve (aren’t you a fan of alliterations as well?), but I’ve been on Team Anonymous since the moment anonymous tables were ingeniously developed by Bovada Poker.

Simply put, anonymous tables eliminate the use of Heads-Up Displays (HUDs), which I believe played a large role in almost ruining online poker in the late 2000’s.

HUDs are predatory to recreational players, who are exactly the type of player the online poker world shouldn’t be trying to bury.

Again, America’s Cardroom seems painfully slow on software development, but near the top of my wish list for ACR is some form of HUD-blocking.

Currently, there are no restrictions on HUD use at ACR. My preference would be for America’s Cardroom to institute completely anonymous tables a la Bovada Poker, but at least they could pussyfoot around with a PokerStars-like partial ban.

America's Cardroom HUDs
As online poker sites did for years, ACR still displays all player screen names in the lobby and at the table, allowing HUD users to collect and deploy data

Is America’s Cardroom tough enough on cheaters?

An underground mini-scandal took place in early 2018 when popular online poker streamer Joey Ingram went on a diatribe about possible cheating at America’s Cardroom and the greater Winning Poker Network.

Although he came out with a number of well-researched findings, the most believable claims included rampant cheating bots and collusion by a ring of Eastern European players.

Is America’s Cardroom Rigged?

At this point, I do not believe that America’s Cardroom games are rigged in any way by the poker site itself.

Those sorts of conspiracy theories have been slung at every site who’s ever dealt a hand of online poker. Purposely cheating its players would be unnecessary suicide for a company already raking in millions by simply hosting games and staying out of the way.

I’ve previously expanded on those thoughts at length in my response to assorted baseless claims thrown at Ignition Poker.

However, it’s still certainly possible for online poker cheaters to exist in the form of fellow players. Anyone can try to cheat anywhere, just like anyone can try to commit a crime. At that point, the onus is on the poker site to stop them and protect their honest clientele. That’s their job.

ACR Response to Bot Allegations

There seemed to be some acknowledgment by ACR that cheating on some level took place as, after Ingram’s claims, they privately contacted and refunded affected players. That also begs the question of if they would have done so without being publicly exposed?

Good on America’s Cardroom to take action, but even better would have been a public statement about claims that have sullied their reputation.

Instead of keeping things private and hoping they go away, why not weed out the cheaters and publicly devote all your resources to making sure it can’t happen again? Maybe that’s still coming, but as more time passes since the incident, it seems unlikely.

I still trust America’s Cardroom, largely because I’ve played here for many years and they’ve done a lot of positive things. US players especially deserve them to succeed and stay aboveboard. Here’s to hoping they do.

America’s Cardroom Instant Bonus

The only one of its kind online right now

America’s Cardroom quietly added in their Jackpot Poker bonus to all new players depositing $25 and, surprisingly, I find it to be one of the most worthwhile and underrated promotions out there right now.

For a poker site that has failed to grab my attention with its promotions for years I’m truly impressed with this.

What is Jackpot Poker?

Jackpot Poker is what America’s Cardroom brands its Spin and Go’s, which have become quite popular with a segment of the online poker population.

These are 3-player Sit and Go’s where 70% of the time the winner gets twice the buy-in and there’s a small chance for bigger prize pools up to massive jackpots.

Blinds are quick and stacks are small. I’m not a big fan of them.

70% of the time you get 1/3 less of a prize pool for the privilege of lowering your skill edge thanks to the small chip stacks.

Gee, sounds great!

Play in up to 20 of these Spin & Go’s free

Getting to play a bunch of them for free, though? Who isn’t going to try it out?

Here’s how it works:

  • Sign up and make a deposit of at least $25
  • America’s Cardroom gives you 20 Jackpot Poker cards
  • Every day you can open one of them from the rewards section of your account
  • You’ll get $2-5 tourney bucks per card
  • You must open each day’s card or you forfeit it
  • You can use the free tourney bucks each day for a Jackpot Poker event or save them to enter a larger Jackpot Poker buy-in

It’s an instant bonus without stipulations, which is just about extinct these days.

$25 gets you the full instant bonus

You also get the same 20 free tournament cards offer if you deposit $25 or $250.

In fact, if you do just deposit $25 and you collect all 20 cards you’re guaranteed to get more in free entries than you even deposited.

Again, you have to collect these every day, which is clever of the poker room to get you to log in every day.

You can save the ACR tourney bucks for a $40 buy-in

Jackpot Poker Sit and Go’s are offered in $2, $10, $25, and $40 buy-ins so you’re always guaranteed a free entry for each card you open as they range between $2-5 per card.

You can also save them up, meaning if you collect all 20 of them you’re guaranteed a free shot at the highest $40 level.

ACR bonus is better than any play-though bonus to me

I may be a sucker for any instant bonus, but I’m more impressed with this than any tight-fisted pseudo-bonus everyone else is offering.

At worst, you can play a bunch of these free Jackpot Poker luckbox Sit and Go’s and have a chance at doubling your free money as 2x the buy-in is the prize pool for most of them.

At best, you have a small percentage to spin a huge prize pool.

America’s Cardroom gets you to try these things out, you can win real money, and you don’t have to play 891 raked hands on the fourth Sunday after the summer Equinox to cash it out. It’s a win-win.

How to Play Jackpot Poker at America’s Card Room for Free

Follow these steps exactly in order to receive your 20 free Jackpot Poker entries at America’s Cardroom and at least $50 in free tournament money. This is in addition to the 100% normal bonus you’ll receive.

Visit America’s Cardroom and download the software install file, which is available for both Windows and Mac.

How to play Jackpot Poker

Install and launch the poker software. You’ll see this screen. Click “CREATE NEW ACCOUNT”.

ACR New Account

Fill out your registration details, confirm your email address, and log in. Use bonus code ACRBTF to ensure that you receive the entire bonus package.

America's Cardroom Code Promotion

Visit the Cashier and make any deposit. I chose to make a $50 Bitcoin deposit for this example, but this offer still works with the minimum of $25. It’s also valid if you deposit by credit card, cash transfer, or any other method.

ACR Bitcoin Deposit

After your deposit is processed click on “Rewards”, then “SPECIAL OFFERS”, and then the icon for “$50 Free Tourney Bucks”.

America's Cardroom Tourney Bucks

Click on the card for that day to win a random Tourney Buck amount from $1-6. Note that you must redeem a card each day or it is forfeited, which is what happened to me here. If you stick with it every day you’ll end up with 20 cards worth of free Tourney Bucks.

America's Cardroom Free Tournaments

Click the “Redeem Now!” button to credit your Tourney Bucks to your poker balance.

ACR Tourney Bucks Card

Click on the “JACKPOT” software tab and make sure you have Tourney Bucks selected as the funding source before you click “REGISTER”.

America's Cardroom Jackpots

Your Jackpot Poker match will open almost immediately and it will look like this. It’s a 3-player hyper-turbo Sit and Go with a random prize pool. Most of the time it will be double the buy-in, e.g. $4 as shown here. Many players will act like maniacs for 2x jackpots and go all-in every hand.

ACR Jackpot Sit & Go

Hopefully you’ll be collecting your winnings, which are yours to keep and could be up to 2,500x the buy-in. Winnings are credited as plain old real money to use for any purpose with no restrictions. Remember to log in every day for 20 days and repeat this process from Step 5.

You literally get to play in 20 tournaments for free or you can save them and enter a $10, $25, or $40 Jackpot after you’ve collected enough Tourney Bucks.

America's Cardroom Winning a Jackpot

888poker ANDREAT.

Launched in 2002, 888poker is a Gibraltar-licensed online poker room owned by 888 Holdings plc, a subsidiary of Cassava Enterprises Ltd. The site is slightly more popular than its closest rival, partypoker. This shouldn’t be all that surprising though, given its considerably less rocky history.

Over the years, 888poker has always delivered consistent Hold’em, Omaha, and Stud action to both cash game and tournament players, earning a solid position in the iGaming industry.

This stellar reputation helped 888 become a World Series of Poker sponsor. As such, it gives its customers access to numerous WSOP satellites.

888poker offers the best no-deposit bonus available on the internet. Plus, because competition at 888 isextremely soft, even intermediate players should have a fair shot at clearing this bonus. It’s also the onlylarge online poker room that supports fast-fold tournaments and browser-based play.

How to register an 888poker account

Registering an 888poker account amounts to launching the client applications, clicking the Register button, and filling out the registration form. When you complete this process, you must verify your e-mail, and possibly confirm your identity by sending 888poker’s staff a scan of your government-issued ID. This last step may depend on your country of residence.

888poker-h1-2017-logo-graph

Keep in mind that 888poker’s services aren’t available in countries where playing online poker for real money is illegal. If you want to check whether 888poker is accessible from your area of residence, please consult thelist of eligible countries available on their website.

888poker sign-up bonuses

888poker showers you with bonuses the moment you create your account. However, aside from the amazing $88 no-deposit bonus*, the amount of value you can squeeze out of these promotions isn’t all that impressive.

*Free £20 for new players (no deposit needed) in the UK. T&Cs apply.

$88 no-deposit bonus*

As soon as you verify your e-mail, you receive $1 in cash. You will also receive $7 in $0.50 tournament tickets. These release throughout the course of a week at the rate of two tickets per day.

The remaining $80 will be remitted to your account in $8 chunks comprised of $1 in cash and $7 in tournament tickets. Each chunk releases the moment you collect 250 bonus points. Players earn points at a rate of two points for $1 paid in rake or tournament fees.

You will be allowed to withdraw the promotional money as soon as you accumulate 2.5 points for every $1you’ve received.

*Free £20 for new players (no deposit needed) in the UK. T&Cs apply.

100 percent matched deposit bonus, up to $800*

888Poker grants this bonus in a restricted state at first. Then the money releases in $10 installments as you clear it. In order for the bonus to credit to your account, you’ll have to earn 100 bonus points. Since players earn these bonus points at a rate of two points per dollar paid in rake, this deal is equivalent to a 20 percent rakeback offer.

Image processed by CodeCarvings Piczard ### FREE Community Edition ### on 2016-02-27 21:15:49Z | http://piczard.com | http://codecarvings.com

This amount of rakeback isn’t all that impressive. Comparatively, new PokerStars customers get 28 percentrakeback until they clear the bonus, and partypoker players get 30 percent rakeback once their loyalty program is factored in.

*T&Cs apply

Free tournament tickets

Aside from the aforementioned matched deposit bonus, every first-time depositor receives a free tournament tickets package. that package includes:

  • Seven tickets to $500 First Depositors’ freerolls
  • Two tickets to $1,000 Depositors’ freerolls
  • One ticket to the First Depositors’ Challenge Tournament, which gives you a shot at winning a seat in the next Sunday Challenge Tournament

All things considered, the amount of bang that you’re going to get for your buck if you take 888poker up on its offer is inversely proportional to the size of your deposit. This is because the value of the free tournament tickets doesn’t increase with the size of your payment.

Generally speaking, if you’re planning to deposit $100 or less, you won’t be losing out by picking 888poker over any competing sites. However, if you want to deposit a larger amount, you should seriously consider going for PokerStars or Party Poker instead.

888poker traffic overview

888poker is the second-most popular West-facing poker site in the world, but their overall traffic is about five times smaller than that of PokerStars.

Cash traffic

The average number of active cash game players on 888poker tends to exceed 1,500 most weeks. Peak traffic hours usually occur between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, or 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. GMT. The number of people gathered around cash game tables consistently exceeds 2,600 around that time and tends to break 2,800 on the weekends. The competition is extremely soft, especially when compared with PokerStars. Most of this traffic is at micro- and low-stakes no-limit Hold’em tables.

Tournament traffic

888poker’s flagship tournaments with sub-$15 buy-ins tend to attract 800-2,000 unique entrants. This is slightly lower than what PokerStars offers. 888poker also hosts fewer events, but the differences are so miniscule that they shouldn’t have much of an impact on the overall experience of a typical player.

888poker games

888poker’s software supports a wide range of poker variants. However, the size of its player pool limits the availability of some of those games. This means that while, in theory, the overall selection doesn’t look much worse than on PokerStars, what you actually get in terms of active games is more in line with sites like Winamax and partypoker.

images (1)

That being said, if you’re mainly a No Limit Hold’em player, you’re guaranteed plenty of really loose action here. Finding a table where the players/flop statistic is higher than 50 percent isn’t at all uncommon at the 888 micros.

888poker cash games

888poker allows you to choose between Hold’emOmaha, and Stud, but the vast majority of players stick exclusively to No Limit Hold’em. Resultingly, tsome of the network’s game sections are essentially ghost towns most of the time.

Hold’em

When it comes to no-limit Hold’em, the stakes range from $0.01/$0.02 to $500/$1,000, but most of the action is confined to low- and micro-stakes. Even during peak traffic hours, there are usually just a few 6-max medium stakes tables running at any given time. Meanwhile, high-stakes action is essentially all about heads-up play.

For fixed-limit games, only the $0.02/$0.04 micros seem to be fairly active, even though the available stakes go all the way up to $50/$100. Theoretically speaking, pot-limit tables are also available, but this format seems to be dead nowadays.

Omaha

Too many formats, not enough players – that’s the kind of Omaha experience you should expect here. Theoretically speaking, you could play all of these games with classic stakes ranging from $0.01/$0.02 to $ $50/$100:

  • Pot-Limit Omaha
  • NL Omaha
  • FL Omaha
  • FL Omaha Hi/Lo
  • PL Omaha Hi/Lo

Practically speaking, however, only micro- and low-stakes PLO and PL Omaha Hi/Lo tables seem to get any action.

Stud

Both standard Seven-Card Stud and Stud Hi/Lo are available. Don’t expect anything beyond the occasional heads-up play though. Available stakes range from $0.02/$0.04 to $30/$60. It’s worth noting that the few Stud players that frequent 888poker tend to avoid the lowest stakes.

888poker multi-table tournaments

Recurring 888poker tournaments consist of the Sunday Mega Series, low buy-in Fish’n’Chips MTTs, and daily HighRollers. You’ll also find plenty of stand-alone PLO and NLHE events here, with buy-ins ranging from $0.50 to about $30.

Sunday Mega Series

888poker’s Sunday MTT offering consists of five large events which frequently attract thousands of players. The specific details can change from week to another, but in most cases you can expect the following:

  • The Mega Micro – $5 buy-in, $4,000 guaranteed prize pool, starts at 19:30 GMT
  • The Mega Dozen – $12 buy-in, $20,000 guaranteed prize pool, starts at 18:00 GMT
  • The Mega Deep – $215 buy-in, $100,000 guaranteed prize pool, starts at 17:30 GMT
  • The Turbo Mega Deep – $215 buy-in, $15,000 guaranteed prize pool, starts at 20:30 GMT
  • The Mega Knockout – $209 buy-in, $5,000 guaranteed prize pool, starts at 21:15 GMT

Satellites for these events can run as cheap as $0.50. So, if you enjoy MTTs and you have an 888poker account, there really is no excuse for not giving them a shot.

Fish’n’Chips

Fish’n’Chips are daily low buy-in MTTs with large guaranteed prize pools. Here’s a typical mid-week schedule:

  • The Goldfish – $1 buy-in, $1,000 guaranteed prize pool, starts at 20:00 GMT
  • The Swordfish – $30 buy-in, $5,000 guaranteed prize pool, starts at 18:00 GMT
  • The Catfish – $12 buy-in, $1,500 guaranteed prize pool, starts at 3:00 GMT
  • The Blowfish – $5 buy-in, $1,000 guaranteed prize pool, starts at 13:00 GMT

It’s worth noting that, while buy-ins tend to be significantly higher than on partypoker, the competition is still extremely soft. Accordingly, skilled players  consistently finish in the money. If you’re used to grinding the tough MTTs on PokerStars, you’re going to be in for a pleasant surprise.

HighRollers

This is where 888poker MTTs get tough. There’s simply too much money on the line for the average low-level players.

HighRoller tournaments run on a daily basis. The following list doesn’t cover every tournament that appears as a part of this series, but it is nonetheless fairly representative:

  • The Typhoon – $55 buy-in, $3,000 guaranteed prize pool, starts at 9:00 GMT
  • The Twister – $55 buy-in, $3,000 guaranteed prize pool, starts at 11:00 GMT
  • The Tornado – $109 buy-in, $10,000 guaranteed prize pool, starts at 20:00 GMT

Other poker offerings on 888poker

888poker gives you access to a surprisingly extensive selection of Sit & Go tournaments, as well as two completely unorthodox poker variants that aren’t available on any other popular poker site.

Sit & Go tournaments

S&Gs are available for No Limit Hold’em, Pot Limit Omaha, and Omaha Hi/Lo. Buy-ins range from $0.01 all the way up to $1,000, but keep in mind that the high-roller S&G action is all about Hold’em. Available S&G sizes range from full-ring games to heads-up duels, and most options are available in Turbo and Super Turbo variants. All things considered, it’s a well-rounded offering that’s more or less in line with what the other leading poker rooms have to offer.

Sit & Go Super-turbo BLAST tournaments

BLAST S&Gs are hyper-turbo tournaments in which four players compete for a randomly drawn prize pool, which can be worth up to 10,000 buy-ins. This means that a $100 buy-in game can turn into a battle for $1,000,000, but you have to keep in mind that such lucky draws are extremely rare – the majority of cases will see a prize pool equal to less than 10x the buy-in size.

Fast-fold SNAP games

Every time you fold your hand in a SNAP game, you will instantly be seated at a different table with five players who have just folded their hands at their own respective tables. Whether you play Pot Limit Omaha or No Limit Hold’em, this results in an extremely fast-paced experience. It’s worth noting that 888poker is currently the only poker room that offers fast-fold tournaments, which are available exclusively for No-limit Hold’em.

Flopomania

Flopomania is the second of 888poker’s exclusive poker variant. The rules are similar to no-limit Hold’em, but the action begins on the flop – the entire pre-flop is omitted. Available games range from $0.05 to $2.

888poker rewards program

888poker has a rather unique rewards program called the 888poker Club. The system is based on earning points, which allow you to advance to higher levels. The rewards you get for achieving this goal include freeroll ticketsprize scratch cards, and Gold tokens. These tokens are redeemable for even more rewards, such as cash and additional tournament tickets.

Progression is entirely linear – once you reach a certain level, you’ll never be demoted.

Assessing the specific value of this program is next to impossible. The amount of points that you earn isn’t based on rake, but on completing random challenges. These Challenges can range from simply grinding the tables to playing real money games on three consecutive days.

600x338_megaDeep_1446725434975_tcm1488-261930

If that wasn’t enough, the amount of points required to reach a certain level doesn’t follow a specific pattern. Generally speaking higher levels tend to require more points than lower ones. You will also earn more Gold tokens and your free tickets will allow you to compete in tournaments with bigger guaranteed prize pools.

All things considered, it’s an interesting and engaging setup geared towards the expectations of recreational players. However, most serious poker aficionados will likely consider its incoherent and somewhat random nature to be a serious drawback.

888poker deposit/withdrawal options

888poker gives you access to a wide range of banking options, but as is often the case with iGaming sites that accept customers from multiple jurisdictions, the specifics depend on your area of residence. We recommend sticking to e-wallet transactions whenever possible. Using this method guarantees that your transaction will process without unnecessary delays.

Deposits

Most customers will be able to make a deposit using their:

  • Credit card
  • Prepaid card
  • Standard wire transfer
  • E-wallet

When it comes to e-wallets, Neteller payments are available, while PayPal deposits are available exclusively to players from:

  • Austria
  • Finland
  • Germany
  • Ireland
  • Italy
  • Spain
  • Sweden
  • United Kingdom

Withdrawals

Withdrawing from 888poker usually takes slightly longer than cashing out from other leading poker sites. Even Neteller and PayPal withdrawals may take up to five business days. A list of available withdrawal methods is also somewhat limited. In some rare cases players might be forced to rely on wire transfers, which can take up to ten business days to complete.

888poker support

888poker has an extensive and well-organized FAQ section, which covers:

  • Bonuses and promotions
  • Banking
  • Available games
  • Logging in
  • Managing your account
  • Registration
  • Solutions to the most common technical issues

Nevertheless, live support is available exclusively via e-mail, which is very disappointing if you consider the fact that many poker rooms give you access to 24/7 toll-free phone support and live chat.

We received responses to our e-mails in less than 12 hours in all cases, and sometimes in as little as a few hours.

Other 888poker promotions

888poker has a few ongoing promotions that allow you to squeeze out some additional value out of the site. These promotions range from fairly straightforward deals, such as additional freeroll tickets on bankroll reloads, to sophisticated quests, such as the $250,000 Fortune Trail, which requires you to complete Golden Step Challenges and hit Treasure Milestones in order to earn a shot at claiming a massive cash prize.

These promotions tend to change on a regular basis. The site adds new ones on a regular basis.

Conclusion

888poker may not excel in terms of bonuses or game availability, but there’s no denying the fact that it’s the only West-facing poker site that gets all the basics right while simultaneously allowing more experienced players to go after the fish without having to worry about multi-tabling restrictions.
