Americas Cardroom ANDREAT.
Never underestimate deep online gaming roots and the online poker site industry’s ability to surprise you.
America’s Cardroom is a very good example, beginning life as an obscure offshoot of now-defunct sports outfit Betcris in 2001.
With the way US online gaming changes, that might as well be a million years ago.
How has America’s Cardroom grown like this?
Cut to an opportunity to bail out ailing Doyle’s Room, lure long-tenured but underperforming sites like True Poker, and they’ve somehow emerged as one of the busiest networks in US online poker with no one else able to touch their massive tournaments.
I kept seeing the name around, but this was actually my first experience with the Winning Poker Network since they bailed out the aforementioned Yatahay sites.
I had a sort of a personal boycott on what I figured would be another doomed undersized US-facing network.
ACR one of the largest sites open to US players
I’ve actually been pleasantly surprised and discovered, amazingly, that this is now one of the largest open networks available to US players.
America’s Cardroom only trails Bovada and matches BetOnline in terms of overall traffic.
While I don’t prefer 6-seated tables America’s Cardroom has them in spades, with dozens of active tables up to the $5/10 level and a handful of full 9-seated ones as well.
Tournaments are one of the big highlights
America’s Cardroom is largely succeeding without anything really spectacular aside from hosting, by far, some of the largest tournaments in the US market.
The featured event has a guaranteed $1 million prize pool, which hasn’t been seen in US parts since Black Friday swallowed up the big boys back in 2011.
The cheapest tournaments also draw 500-1,000+ players, which are some of the best numbers in the market, US or otherwise.
Strength of ACR withdrawals is noteworthy
The other two most compelling reasons to play at America’s Cardroom are the game traffic and the quick consistent withdrawals.
The promotions are decent with a 100% bonus and an average clearing rate. One aspect that stands out at America’s Cardroom is the behind-the-scenes work of their support and cashier.
Efficient cashier
America’s Cardroom has deep roots in the origins of online and thus always seem to be one step ahead in terms of processing.
They always bring their own cashier to whatever network they are on and it invariably adds more options than their skin competitors.
Withdrawals have been very fast for over a decade, which is easy to overlook but shouldn’t be understated.
America’s Cardroom is close to the good old days
After the failures and outright scams in the industry of the past 5 years (Lock, UB) I’ve become somewhat cynical to recommending many US poker rooms period.
America’s Cardroom has been a nice breath of fresh air, proving that good concepts and strong execution can still be rewarded with busy tables.
It comes very close to the good old days:
- Plenty of tables
- Big tournaments
- A cashier that just works
I can easily see why they have achieved the player numbers they have and, if they continue their current level of service, America’s Cardroom is an easy recommendation for US players starved of a consistent high-level poker home.
America’s Cardroom Game Limits
| Game | Minimum Limit | Maximum Limit |
|---|---|---|
| No-Limit Hold’em | .01/.02 | $25/50 |
| Fixed-Limit Hold’em | .02/.04 | $30/60 |
| Omaha | .01/.02 | $30/60 |
| Stud | .04/.08 | $30/60 |

America’s Cardroom Cons
I genuinely like America’s Cardroom and think they’ve done a lot of things well over the past several years.
They’ve bailed out some failing competitors, dished out one of the most underrated bonuses online, embraced cryptocurrencies, and are a breeze to get cashouts from. I still play at ACR regularly.
Despite those positives, however, America’s Cardroom isn’t perfect. They have a couple of legacy issues I’ve been waiting years for them to fix, along with a more recent cheating mini-scandal.
The former probably matters to me more than anyone else, whereas the latter will catch everyone’s attention who plays at ACR.
What still needs work at America’s Cardroom?
No mobile client
America’s Cardroom lacking a mobile option is as egregious a blunder as a modern business not having a website. There is no separate “smartphone segment” to ignore anymore. That segment is essentially the entire poker-playing population.
I know – official apps listed on the likes of the App Store or Google Play are out. An app with access to real-money poker for US players? That would be shut down faster than you can say “double standard”.
However, as a popular poker site trying to make a business in this century, America’s Cardroom is borderline negligent not to find a way to make mobile work.
America’s Cardroom ought to pay developers the proceeds of a day’s worth of rake and simply make it work.
Bovada Poker added no-app mobile cash games back in 2014 and reaped the benefits. BetOnline Pokerstopped dragging their feet about mobile in 2017 and arguably did it even better with multi-table and tournament functionality.
Maybe ACR has something for mobile in the works. I’ve heard rumors that they do. Whenever America’s Cardroom goes mobile, it will still be years overdue.

No anonymous tables
This is more of a personal pet peeve (aren’t you a fan of alliterations as well?), but I’ve been on Team Anonymous since the moment anonymous tables were ingeniously developed by Bovada Poker.
Simply put, anonymous tables eliminate the use of Heads-Up Displays (HUDs), which I believe played a large role in almost ruining online poker in the late 2000’s.
HUDs are predatory to recreational players, who are exactly the type of player the online poker world shouldn’t be trying to bury.
Again, America’s Cardroom seems painfully slow on software development, but near the top of my wish list for ACR is some form of HUD-blocking.
Currently, there are no restrictions on HUD use at ACR. My preference would be for America’s Cardroom to institute completely anonymous tables a la Bovada Poker, but at least they could pussyfoot around with a PokerStars-like partial ban.

Is America’s Cardroom tough enough on cheaters?
An underground mini-scandal took place in early 2018 when popular online poker streamer Joey Ingram went on a diatribe about possible cheating at America’s Cardroom and the greater Winning Poker Network.
Although he came out with a number of well-researched findings, the most believable claims included rampant cheating bots and collusion by a ring of Eastern European players.
Is America’s Cardroom Rigged?
At this point, I do not believe that America’s Cardroom games are rigged in any way by the poker site itself.
Those sorts of conspiracy theories have been slung at every site who’s ever dealt a hand of online poker. Purposely cheating its players would be unnecessary suicide for a company already raking in millions by simply hosting games and staying out of the way.
I’ve previously expanded on those thoughts at length in my response to assorted baseless claims thrown at Ignition Poker.
However, it’s still certainly possible for online poker cheaters to exist in the form of fellow players. Anyone can try to cheat anywhere, just like anyone can try to commit a crime. At that point, the onus is on the poker site to stop them and protect their honest clientele. That’s their job.
ACR Response to Bot Allegations
There seemed to be some acknowledgment by ACR that cheating on some level took place as, after Ingram’s claims, they privately contacted and refunded affected players. That also begs the question of if they would have done so without being publicly exposed?
Good on America’s Cardroom to take action, but even better would have been a public statement about claims that have sullied their reputation.
Instead of keeping things private and hoping they go away, why not weed out the cheaters and publicly devote all your resources to making sure it can’t happen again? Maybe that’s still coming, but as more time passes since the incident, it seems unlikely.
I still trust America’s Cardroom, largely because I’ve played here for many years and they’ve done a lot of positive things. US players especially deserve them to succeed and stay aboveboard. Here’s to hoping they do.
America’s Cardroom Instant Bonus
The only one of its kind online right now
America’s Cardroom quietly added in their Jackpot Poker bonus to all new players depositing $25 and, surprisingly, I find it to be one of the most worthwhile and underrated promotions out there right now.
For a poker site that has failed to grab my attention with its promotions for years I’m truly impressed with this.
What is Jackpot Poker?
Jackpot Poker is what America’s Cardroom brands its Spin and Go’s, which have become quite popular with a segment of the online poker population.
These are 3-player Sit and Go’s where 70% of the time the winner gets twice the buy-in and there’s a small chance for bigger prize pools up to massive jackpots.
Blinds are quick and stacks are small. I’m not a big fan of them.
70% of the time you get 1/3 less of a prize pool for the privilege of lowering your skill edge thanks to the small chip stacks.
Gee, sounds great!
Play in up to 20 of these Spin & Go’s free
Getting to play a bunch of them for free, though? Who isn’t going to try it out?
Here’s how it works:
- Sign up and make a deposit of at least $25
- America’s Cardroom gives you 20 Jackpot Poker cards
- Every day you can open one of them from the rewards section of your account
- You’ll get $2-5 tourney bucks per card
- You must open each day’s card or you forfeit it
- You can use the free tourney bucks each day for a Jackpot Poker event or save them to enter a larger Jackpot Poker buy-in
It’s an instant bonus without stipulations, which is just about extinct these days.
$25 gets you the full instant bonus
You also get the same 20 free tournament cards offer if you deposit $25 or $250.
In fact, if you do just deposit $25 and you collect all 20 cards you’re guaranteed to get more in free entries than you even deposited.
Again, you have to collect these every day, which is clever of the poker room to get you to log in every day.
You can save the ACR tourney bucks for a $40 buy-in
Jackpot Poker Sit and Go’s are offered in $2, $10, $25, and $40 buy-ins so you’re always guaranteed a free entry for each card you open as they range between $2-5 per card.
You can also save them up, meaning if you collect all 20 of them you’re guaranteed a free shot at the highest $40 level.
ACR bonus is better than any play-though bonus to me
I may be a sucker for any instant bonus, but I’m more impressed with this than any tight-fisted pseudo-bonus everyone else is offering.
At worst, you can play a bunch of these free Jackpot Poker luckbox Sit and Go’s and have a chance at doubling your free money as 2x the buy-in is the prize pool for most of them.
At best, you have a small percentage to spin a huge prize pool.
America’s Cardroom gets you to try these things out, you can win real money, and you don’t have to play 891 raked hands on the fourth Sunday after the summer Equinox to cash it out. It’s a win-win.
How to Play Jackpot Poker at America’s Card Room for Free
Follow these steps exactly in order to receive your 20 free Jackpot Poker entries at America’s Cardroom and at least $50 in free tournament money. This is in addition to the 100% normal bonus you’ll receive.
Visit America’s Cardroom and download the software install file, which is available for both Windows and Mac.

Install and launch the poker software. You’ll see this screen. Click “CREATE NEW ACCOUNT”.

Fill out your registration details, confirm your email address, and log in. Use bonus code ACRBTF to ensure that you receive the entire bonus package.

Visit the Cashier and make any deposit. I chose to make a $50 Bitcoin deposit for this example, but this offer still works with the minimum of $25. It’s also valid if you deposit by credit card, cash transfer, or any other method.

After your deposit is processed click on “Rewards”, then “SPECIAL OFFERS”, and then the icon for “$50 Free Tourney Bucks”.

Click on the card for that day to win a random Tourney Buck amount from $1-6. Note that you must redeem a card each day or it is forfeited, which is what happened to me here. If you stick with it every day you’ll end up with 20 cards worth of free Tourney Bucks.

Click the “Redeem Now!” button to credit your Tourney Bucks to your poker balance.

Click on the “JACKPOT” software tab and make sure you have Tourney Bucks selected as the funding source before you click “REGISTER”.

Your Jackpot Poker match will open almost immediately and it will look like this. It’s a 3-player hyper-turbo Sit and Go with a random prize pool. Most of the time it will be double the buy-in, e.g. $4 as shown here. Many players will act like maniacs for 2x jackpots and go all-in every hand.

Hopefully you’ll be collecting your winnings, which are yours to keep and could be up to 2,500x the buy-in. Winnings are credited as plain old real money to use for any purpose with no restrictions. Remember to log in every day for 20 days and repeat this process from Step 5.
You literally get to play in 20 tournaments for free or you can save them and enter a $10, $25, or $40 Jackpot after you’ve collected enough Tourney Bucks.

William Hill ANDREAT.
Betting markets and odds odds quality 10/10
As you would expect with anything that the William Hill name has been attached to, you have a high quality service and the backbone of everything that they do of course is their sportsbook. You aren’t going to fail to find the market that you are looking for with them because their betting markets are extensive. Just as an example of that they cover over 60,000 football matches a year and that’s just the tip of the iceberg, because you are talking about match outrights and then everything else such as the goalscorer, handicap, specials, over/under and other markets on one game.
As equally strong in football, they are across other markets as well. They have a strong coverage of North American sports and they deliver great, competitive odds as you would expect, because their traders really excel at options and value. They have expanded their already strong product range a lot and they run an average of a 5.4% margin on soccer. That’s better for punters then a lot of the other major bookmakers, so it shows that they deliver good value.
William Hill sign up bonus, free bets & current promotions 7/10
![]()
William Hill don’t fluctuate a great deal with their welcome bonus offers like some bookmakers do, but nonetheless there is a great offer to get signed up with still. When you open an account with them you can bet £10 and get £30 free from them. The promotion will deliver 3 x £10 bets when you use the special promo code C30 to sign up with. New Customer Offer, T&C’s Apply, 18+. Please Gamble Responsibly. See details directly at William Hill.
Bet £10 and get £30 in free bets
New William Hill online customers only. Min. unit stake of £10/€10 at odds of 1/2 or greater. Only the “win” part from EW bets will count. Free bet terms, payment method & country restrictions apply. Free bets credited as 3 x £10/€10. Free bet stakes are not returned as part of the settlement of successful free bets. All Free Bets must be wagered within 30 days. 18+ Terms & conditions apply.
This offer is valid only if you sign-up using promo code C30.
They are one of the bookmakers who stand pat with a lot of long-running promotions instead of producing a specific high turnover of new money back specials for example.
In-play betting 9/10
You do have in play betting available to you as you would expect at William Hill. There is a lot going on in the lieve in-play betting section at William Hill. The coverage of games in there is truly exceptional, particularly when it comes to live football matches. The markets are very clear and the process is quick in striking your bet with a live wager. It’s not unusual to have well over 50 in-play markets available on a single football match and that match could be from anything from a World Cup qualifier, to a Copa America match to a League One fixture in England. The coverage is excellent.
Extras & features 9/10
All in all combined you are looking at features like their live in-play betting and live streaming service to really accentuate your betting experience with them. They are pretty good with their handicap betting and really push a high quality, high volume horse racing service. Their bet slip is excellent as well allowing you full functionality in controlling your betting options.
William Hill have being offering the option to cash out for punters. Actually they call it cashing in a wager and this is available across a wide range of sports as well. The “Cash In My Bet” option on the site will allow you to see a value of a current bet were you able to cash it out at that given moment. This means for example that if you backed an underdog and they are winning with 20 minutes left, maybe you would want to Cash In rather than risk it running until the full 90 minutes. You can get the feature on single wagers and accumulators too. Just look for the Open Bets market on your betting slip.
As a customer with them you will have access to the William Hill TV service, which shows a lot of free live sports. You can tune in and watch racing, greyhounds, soccer, darts, ice hockey, tennis and much much more with them. This of course can be a huge asset for a punter because you are able to bring up live betting markets as well. Being able to watch and bet at the same time on an event can be a huge thing. Always remember though there is a slight delay on streams to the actual live action.
You can get access to features like sports results, live scores and one area which is really good is their stats section if you want a little help in figure out which bet to make. There is also audio to listen to as well.
William Hill payment options – deposit and withdrawal methods 9/10
You have the full range of coverage when it comes to making payments and withdrawals with William Hill. You have the usual options of Credit/Debit cards as well as the major ewallets like Paypal and Skrill. You are able to get money in through slower formats as well like a bank transfer or a cheque. But the cards and ewallets are recommended because they are done instantly. You can get your withdrawal back to your funding source. Different methods have different charges, processing times and limits to them, so check first.
Deposit Methods Include: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta, iDeal, InstaDebit, Neteller, PayPal, Paysafecard, Skrill, Bank Transfer, Cheque
Withdrawal Methods Include: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta, Bank Transfer, Neteller, PayPal, Skrill
User-friendliness of website & mobile app / mobile version 9/10
The design of the William Hill website may not be to everyone’s taste. It can feel a little cluttered and clunky and that is because there is just so much on there to take in all at once. They have a lot of services and products available and they want you to see them. Fortunately it is saved by the sportsbook which does have excellent navigation in it. There is a mobile version of the website which is functional, but doesn’t rate quite as highly as others we have come across.
William Hill Customer Service & Support, Security & Reliability 9/10
They do offer good customer service and the great thing about it is that is available 24/7 every single day of the year. So it doesn’t matter at what time of night or day that you may have an enquiry, you will be able to contact someone. You can get a hold of them over the telephone at +44-870-600-0479 or via live chat on the website which are the quickest options available for you. THeir email support can be reached at customerservices@williamhill.co.uk.
Overall / Conclusion 9/10
For a company which has been in the business for so many year, you would expect a top service and you get one. The overall content on the site is excellent and perhaps the only thing that could maybe improved would be the overall design and layout (online and mobile) because it can feel a bit heavy. But that’s a small nit-picking thing and shouldn’t really be a deal breaker because there is a lot of value in odds on the site.
Star Vegas ANDREAT.
StarVegas Casino is an Italian web-based casino which specifically targets the Italian market and is relatively unknown outside the European country. It combines a sportsbook and an instant-play casino, offering live dealer games, classic and video slots, as well as a nice mobile version of the casino. The lucrative bonuses, instant deposits, and the high-quality Vegas-style gaming are quickly turning StarVegas into one of the most popular online casinos among Italian residents.
StarVegas Casino was founded in 2012 by Greentube, which is the online gambling software subsidiary of Austrian-based gambling giant Novomatic. Although its sister website StarVegas Espana is available in Spanish and English, the Italian version of the casino, StarVegas Italia supports only Italian. It is licensed for gambling operations from Malta and Italy, and it accepts players from all over the world. So, provided that players do not mind Italian content and customer support, the website is a safe and reliable place for online betting.
The casino hosts an exciting collection of Novomatic and Evolution Gaming casino games and slots. They feature beautiful graphics and authentic casino sounds that create a really amazing user experience. In spite of the limited number of online slots (approximately 50 titles in total) on offer, the website is trying to provide its customers with only high-quality games that are unique and anything but boring. With its blue color scheme and lack of a particular theme, the design of StarVegas Casino is not exceptionally modern or innovative. However, players will find it extremely convenient and practical – any of the important casino features can be accessed easily from the home page.
But there are other reasons why StarVegas is becoming such an attractive gambling site for Italian-based casino enthusiasts. It offers instant deposits and really fast payouts which are free of charge and can be processed via multiple payment platforms – credit and debit cards, digital wallets, or traditional bank transfers. In addition, it can be opened from any mobile device and the bonuses and promotional offers are really exciting.
Software Providers
StarVegas Casino does not require a special software to be downloaded in order to play any of the casino games or slots, as they run directly in the web browser. The quality of the games is more than satisfactory – they feature clear, beautiful graphics and really smooth gameplay. The virtual catalog of slots and games is, however, rather limited with less than 100 titles by only two software developers.
The casino offers a nice selection of Novomatic slots which cannot be found at many other websites. Novomatic is one of the leading providers of gaming software at land-based casinos, so fans of real-life slot machines will be very excited with the titles on offer. The developer’s slots are well-known for their simple and user-friendly design, so they are ideal even for novices. Moreover, new players can opt for either a Real Money account when registering or for Fun Play, which allows them to play for free. Some of the most popular properties by Novomatic include the classic slot Sizzling Hot Deluxe, the famous video slot Book of Ra Deluxe, and Golden Sevens, which features a progressive jackpot.
Evolution Gaming, one of the largest providers of Live Casino video streaming, delivers the live dealer games at StarVegas Casino. The software company is well-known for their state-of-the-art casino studios, which feature glamorous surroundings and friendly, highly professional croupiers. Although Evolution Gaming operates more live game tables than any other provider in Europe, the live game variations at StarVegas Casino are only three. Players who visit the casino lobby can choose from live blackjack, baccarat, or roulette.
The slots and games are also available on mobile devices, so that casino enthusiasts can play for free or make bets on the go.
Play StarVegas Casino Games
Available Games
The virtual library of games at the Italian StarVegas Casino is quite limited, but it is diverse at the same time, so most players will be able to find their favorites. The casino allows its customers to access all games and slots easily through their web browser, instead of entering the casino lobby after installing some specialized software.
The instant-play interface, together with the easy navigation and convenient design of the website, make finding any game extremely simple. All titles are divided into four main groups – Slot, Casino, Live Casino, and Sport. The separate sections are conveniently spotted from the home page and can be accessed with a single click of the mouse. Not all gaming categories are represented – although there are exciting virtual slot machines and table games, as well as sports betting options, there are no arcade games at the website.
The catalog of games features popular slots such as Lucky Lady’s Charm Deluxe and Dolphin’s Pearl Deluxe, as well as a wide variety of themes and settings. Ranging from dolphins and mermaids to Medieval nights and legendary explorers, the characters will captivate you with their charm, and the bonuses and multipliers they bring with themselves. The high quality of the offerings is also evident when opening the card and table games at the website – they immediately bring you to the classic casino surroundings with their stunning animations and authentic sounds.
Slots
The selection of online slots at StarVegas Casino is ever-changing, as the site always adds new and more exciting titles. Currently, the casino hosts approximately 50 slots, which is, in fact, the largest section of the site. Fans of slot machines will be able to enjoy online slots of various features, reel configurations and numbers of paylines. There are classic, video, and progressive slots so that the casino can satisfy even the most demanding players.
Among the most recognizable titles are Novomatic’s, Sizzling Hot Deluxe, Book of Ra Deluxe, Dolphin’s Pearl Deluxe, and Lord of The Ocean. Players who prefer traditional slots will appreciate the classic Sizzling Hot Deluxe slot, which brings back retro symbols such as fruits, bars, bells and lucky 7s. Book of Ra Deluxe, on the other hand, is a modern video slot, inspired by Ancient Egypt and the adventures of the heroic explorer who looks for the Book of Ra. The Egyptian theme continues across Pharaoh’s Tomb and Golden Ark, which are both 5-reel, 10-line video slots, and Pharaoh’s Ring, which comes with special symbols, free spins, and 20 paylines.
Other popular titles include the 5-reel African Simba which features 243 paylines, the 40-line Mega Joker, Lucky Lady’s Charm Deluxe, Just Jewels Deluxe, Power Stars, Hot Chance, and Royal Dynasty.
There is also a nice selection of progressive jackpot slots at StarVegas Casino, which is perfect for those who want to win the jackpot of their life. Among them is the 5-reel, 5-line Fruits’n Sevens which will take you back in time with its retro design and old-school symbols. Another traditional-looking progressive slot is Golden Sevens, which comes with 20 pay-lines, multipliers, and plenty of other fun features.
Video Poker
Video poker games are considered among the most popular casino games because they combine the thrill and the tension of the classic poker game with the simplicity of video slots. This gaming category is often chosen by professional players but it is also a great option for less experienced players who lack the knowledge and experience to take part in an actual poker game against other players or a dealer.
There are not many video poker games at StarVegas Casino, but players will find the most famous variations, including Deuces Wild, Joker Wild, and American Poker II. All three of them can be accessed from the Casino section of the website. They feature nice graphics and easy to use interface, which are especially great benefits for novices.
Card and Table Games
The collection of card and table games at StarVegas Casino is not as rich as it tends to be in online casinos, but the focus of the site is mainly on slots. That is why players who look for classic casino games will have a rather limited choice on this website. The only options are standard Blackjack and three variations of realistic roulette games – Roulette Royale, European, and Multiball Roulette.
However, the Blackjack on offer will please every casino player with its stunning graphics. The nice-looking green table and the colorful chips will make you feel like you are in a landbased casino.
Live Dealer Games
High-quality live dealer games are even more realistic, as they live-stream the game action directly into your home. The StarVegas Live Casino, powered by Evolution Gaming, offers several game tables hosted by professional croupiers who skilfully deal and assist casino players with their expertise and personal approach.
Of course, live dealer games are not available for free play, so a registration and a real-money account are required before users can enter the Live Casino lobby. Once they are members of the site and their accounts are verified, they will be able to choose from Roulette Live, Blackjack Live, or Baccarat Live. And while this catalog is not as diverse as most players would want it to be, it does include the most popular casino games of all time.
Supported Devices
The Greentube-operated StarVegas Casino has a simple design and really easy-to-use navigation that allows you to find everything you need as fast as possible. The convenient toolbar along the top of the screen is separated into several sections – Slot, Casino, Casino Live, Sport, Promotions, and Login/Register.
When accessed from a desktop computer or a laptop, the website is extremely responsive, opening each section immediately. There is no need of a downloadable software to play the games and slots. They all run perfectly in-browser, without delays or any glitches. Players who want to play for free or for real money at StarVegas simply need to install the latest version of their preferred web browser and have a stable Internet connection.
StarVegas Casino is very user-friendly when opened from any PC or Mac but it features a very simple and convenient design on its mobile version, as well. All games and slots can be opened from the browser of your smartphone or tablet – simply open the casino and the system will redirect you automatically to the mobile casino. The mobile instant-play interface is extremely convenient and although it is rather simplified, it includes all important casino features. Players can access all online slots, their user account, their banking options, and others.
Alternatively, iPhone and iPad owners can download the StarVegas mobile application from the App Store – it is free and requires iOS 9.0 or later. The app can be downloaded in several languages – Italian, Spanish, English, and German. It comes with the same features as the mobile in-browser version. And as expected, it allows players to choose either free play or the real-money mode.
Whether StarVegas is opened from a computer or from a mobile device, it runs quickly and smoothly without requiring a special software to be downloaded. The graphics and animations look less glamorous than those at many other online casinos, but the truth is that this website is a bit different. It was designed with landbased casino players in mind, so many of the slots are in the 80’s style. Still, they are new and feature various fun bonuses, multipliers, scatter and wild symbols that make them favorites among a huge part of casino enthusiasts.

Bonuses and Promotions
One of the greatest features of StarVegas Casino is that it offers its customers bonuses and promotions that are quite tempting. Despite not being so unique and exclusive, the promotional events and offers allow players, even new ones, to enjoy doubling of their deposits, cash prizes for inviting new friends, VIP status, and others.
The fantastic Welcome Bonus, for instance, is designed for new players who are making their first deposit at the casino. It is a match bonus of 100% up to €300 which means that when the user deposits anything between €10 and €300, StarVegas will double it, or 100% of the initial deposit. So, if the player deposits €300 they will now have €600 to play with their favorite casino games and slots.
There are several conditions that need to be followed, though, for the Welcome Bonus to be valid. First, the minimum amount of the deposit should be €10, and second, the maximum bonus that can be received is €300 – even if you deposit €400, you will get €300 for free, because the bonus is capped at this particular amount of money. Also, the bonus is unlocked after the player accumulates a certain number of Casino Points or 100 times its value. They are received with each bet the player makes on slots – 1 Point per €0.4 wagered, and casino games – 1 Point per €2 wagered. Live dealer games do not contribute with any Points.
Another bonus is given by the casino to players who, upon registering with a Real Money account, send a copy of their ID at supporto@it.StarVegas.it for verification. The bonus is €30 and it needs to be unlocked, much like the Welcome Bonus, but in this case, with only 3,000 Points.
Casino players can easily track their Points from the section called My Bonus.
StarVegas also gives €10 for each friend referral players make. The bonus is received when your friends open the link sent to them, create an account, and make a deposit of at least €10. They also need to play at least 10 games in the casino, with the exception of live dealer games and sports betting. Again, this bonus is unlocked after accumulating Casino Points 100 times its value, or 1,000 Points in total.
Users who sign up for the VIP Club at StarVegas enjoy various perks, one of which is the opportunity to win up to €100 each month. The VIP status depends on the accumulated number of Casino Points, so regular players who prefer to make larger bets will easily receive a seat in the StarVegas VIP Lounge.
Payment Methods
StarVegas offers its players instant deposits and fast withdrawals (up to 48 hours in most cases), so many Italian-based casino enthusiasts are choosing this website. For further convenience, the online casino also has integrated several different payment platforms, including credit and debit cards, digital wallets, and prepaid cards.
There are several things customers need to take into account when making a deposit into StarVegas. The funds they pay to boost their balance need to be at least €10. The minimum amount that can be paid out as winnings is also €10, so lower withdrawals are not allowed. Players who want to make a withdrawal for the first time need to first verify their account by sending or uploading in the website a readable copy of their ID, passport, or driver’s license.
In addition, the casino processes withdrawals only to payment platforms that have already been used for making a deposit. This is why before uploading funds into your balance, you need to check if you can retrieve your winnings via the same method.
MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, and Visa credit cards are a preferred payment method for many players at StarVegas, as they allow for instantaneous deposits. The payment is processed in real time, so it appears immediately in the player’s account balance. The transaction is free of any processing fees, which is typical for most casinos.
The advantage when playing at StarVegas is that withdrawal of winnings to cards is also free of charge. However, it is allowed only if you are using a Visa card. Another card that players can withdraw funds to is the card issued by the Italian Postal Service. The Postepay card, as it is called, can be used as a regular debit or prepaid card at thousands of ATMs and POS terminals.
Prepaid cards such as Paysafecard are also accepted for making instant deposits. However, this type of card does not support any withdrawal system, so players who boost their balance through this type of card should have an alternative method for retrieving their winnings.
Digital wallets, better known as e-wallets, are a very convenient banking option at StarVegas Casino. Skrill, Neteller, and even PayPal can be used for both deposits and withdrawals.
Depending on the player’s country of residence, several other local banking methods are available, including SOFORT Banking and Ukash. Bank transfers are also accepted for withdrawals, although this may take up to 7 business days.
Usually, deposits at StarVegas Casino are instant, while payouts are processed within 1 or 2 business days. Some payment platforms may also cause delays and charge certain banking fees, so players need to check with their financial institutions in advance.
All users playing for real money at Star Vegas also need to take into consideration that the only accepted currency is EUR.
Customer Support
The online casino has comprehensive Help and FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) sections where players can find detailed information about the games’ rules, about the conditions of the bonuses, about the registration process, and so on. However, if the provided information cannot help players with more serious problems such as deposits or withdrawals, denied registrations, and others, the website has a dedicated team of support agents.
The customer support staff can be reached at almost any time of the day and week via phone or email. The phone number available for Italian-based players is 06 899 730 08 and the only supported language is Italian. Any questions or issues that need to be resolved can also be sent to supporto@it.StarVegas.it.
StarVegas also has a convenient feature for international players – a special ticket system which can be found at help-it.starvegas.it/support/tickets/new. The platform supports multiple languages, among which we can find
and many others. Tickets can be sent to the customer support and IT staff 24/7 and players will receive a response within a few hours (or within a few days, if you send the ticket during the weekend).
Live chat is avaliable 24/7.
Licensing and Restricted Countries
StarVegas Casino is owned and operated by Greentube Malta Ltd. It is licensed for gambling activities from the Italian regulating authority AAMS (Autonomous Administration of the State Monopolies). The website is also licensed under the jurisdiction of Malta, which means that it closely follows all EU regulations regarding safety, responsible gambling, and fair play.
In fact, the casino is one of the safest and most reliable gambling sites on the web. All transactions are protected by a 128-bit SSL encryption which keeps all data transfers between the server and the web browser safe and private. These standard security algorithms are used by most online casinos, state, and banking institutions, so players at StarVegas do not need to worry about their security.
Due to legal restrictions in many countries around the world, StarVegas Casino does not accept all players. The list of restricted countries is rather long, but not just due to country-wide bans on online gambling. The online casino requires verification of user accounts, which may take up to a month. Players need to provide identification documents with their name, address, and photograph. The process for Italian citizens is quite simple and fast, while residents of the European Union may face huge delays. Players from Canada, the US, the Americas and other parts of the world are almost always denied registration.
In addition, some countries in the EU are also restricted because online gambling there is prohibited. For this reason, users who want to play for real money at StarVegas Casino need to verify their account before making a deposit or requesting a cashout.
