Audiobooks.com reviews LORIS
VERDICT / Audiobooks.com’s flexible credit system makes it a good, cost-effective option if you listen to more than two audio books a month and want to build your library.
One of the best parts about being able to purchase unlimited credits is the fixed price. I liked that if I finished the book I was reading and wanted another before the end of the month, I knew how much it would cost.
The site offers a free trial and gives you one free credit to use to buy your first book. I recommend trying out the service to see if its library has the titles you’re looking for.
Audiobooks.com’s library houses 100,000 titles, which is about the same as the audio book streaming service Playster, one of my other top picks. It’s a decent-size store, but it doesn’t compare with Audible’s library, which has over 80,000 more audio books available to download.
As part of my testing, I compiled a list of the most popular books from 2016 and searched for all of them on each site. Audiobooks.com only had 73 percent of the books in its store. Its score is better than those of some other services I tested, but it means you might not always find the title you’re looking for on the site. Even though Audiobooks.com has features I like as much as or more than Audible’s, being able to find the books you want to read is the most important factor when signing up for an audio book membership, even above cost. Because of this, the difference in the size and quality of the two stores’ selections is one of the main reasons Audible came out on top.
One advantage Audiobooks.com has over Audible is that you can purchase additional credits at the same price as the first. This makes it more flexible and the cheaper option if you listen to more than one or two audio books a month. Also, you get to keep the books you purchase after you cancel your membership, unlike with the Netflix-like Playster, which works like a streaming service and is another good option if you listen to a lot of books each month.
This also means that, on average, Audiobooks.com’s prices are competitive. Each credit costs only $14.95, which is one of the better bargains I found – only Audiobooksnow.com and Scribd have an average lower cost per book.
You can shop online or in the app. Either way, it’s easy to browse the service’s inventory because it displays clickable book covers, which makes it kind of like browsing in an actual store. I also appreciated its very specific browsing categories, including “Swearworthy Self Help,” “Books for Dads” and “Great American Journeys.”
I found the service’s free book section a little underwhelming because the offerings aren’t exclusive to Audiobooks.com. For the most part, the books are in the public domain or are LibriVox recordings and free anywhere on the internet. If you plan to mostly listen to books in this section of the service’s library, it might be best to download one of the available free apps rather than pay a monthly fee for access.
Because Audiobooks.com’s free downloadable app has a similar design to Audible’s, I found it easy to use. The player has all the standard features – adjustable narration speed, a sleep timer, bookmarks and places to take notes – and its organization is simple. I especially like how easy it is to adjust the listening settings; all the icons are on the app’s main page instead of hidden in a side menu.
You can access your library online and stream your audio book from the service’s webpage as well as through the app. It syncs your books across all the computers, tablets and smartphones you use, so you don’t have to find your place every time you open the app on a different device.
The site offers recommendations based on the titles you view, which can help you pick your next book. The product pages also have customer reviews, which are a screened by Audiobooks.com before they are published.
I wasn’t blown away by the support features on Audiobooks.com, especially when compared to Audible’s – the latter lets you return a book for any reason, even if you just didn’t enjoy it. You can contact Audiobooks.com by phone during most of the day, and it has email support. But it doesn’t have live chat, and the website’s FAQs page is pretty limited.
Audiobooks.com has a flexible membership that allows you to purchase as many credits as you need. The fixed price per credit simplifies shopping on the site because you can anticipate costs. Audible’s bigger library and better support features earn it the top spot, but Audiobooks.com is close competition and a low-stress, quality membership for users who listen to more than one or two audio books a month.
AudiobooksNow Review LORIS
VERDICT / If you like hunting for deals, AudiobooksNow.com offers up some great bargains.
AudiobooksNow.com’s prices are some of the cheapest available, though only by a small margin. But, while the membership fee is a low $4.99 a month, it doesn’t include any books, unlike a credit-system membership. As such, you have to add the membership fee to the price of the first book you buy per month, which shoots the average up nearly $5.
AudiobooksNow.com also only hosts around 80,000 books, which is less than half of what Audible keeps in stock. Also, when we searched for popular titles from 2016, we only found about 75 percent of the books on our list.
Each book has a product page that includes other recommendations and reader reviews, which can help you decide if you want to add the title to your collection. One of the benefits of AudiobooksNow.com’s smaller library is that a lot the books don’t have Digital Rights Management (DRM) protections on them, so you can share them and listen to them on as many devices as you want.
You can browse for new books in the app, which makes it easy to download your next selection. However, the playback page is a little cluttered; I liked the more streamlined look of Audiobooks.com and Audible’s apps. Still, it has all the playback features I looked for, including variable playback speed and jump length, which give you control over your listening experience. These features are found right on the app’s player, so you don’t have to search for them in other menus. You can also choose between streaming the audio book or downloading the audio files to the app. In addition, you can listen to your books from the service’s webpage.
You can reach customer support by telephone during normal business hours (EST) as well as by email, and service representatives are quick to respond. As with several of the services I researched, AudiobooksNow.com’s FAQs page isn’t extensive, but it has a search bar to help you find quick answers.
Udemy Review entertainment LORIS
Firstly, look at the instructors profile. You will be able to see straight away how many courses, how many unique students and how many total reviews the instructor has. The basic message here is the more the better. If you want a benchmarkt, 10,000 students, 6 courses, 100 reviews. This will enable you to be confident that this is a serious instructor – but its not the whole story.
Find a range of courses that you think you may be interested in. Udemy search is not Google but use keywords close to your subject matter and open potential courses in new tabs.
Now take a look at the courses themselves. How long is the course and how many lectures. Focused courses are good but they should be at least 20-30 lectures long – real lectures not text document padding and the videos should be 3 to 6 minutes long each. Very long videos (the max is 20 minutes) suggest either a waffly course or the instructor has cut down his material from some other origin and repurposed it for a udemy course.
Read the ratings and reviews, particularly the bad ones. Check that the good ones come from people who have photographs. There are too many instant accounts and “fabricated” reviews which game the system
Take the opportunity to check out the Promo Video and any videos which are on Preview – try before you buy!
Compare the courses you have selected against each other – how do they cover the material and which course seems to do the best job of it. Where are the gaps? Which course most closely approaches a solution to the problem you have?
When you are ready to buy….don’t. Add the course to your wishlist and wait. Udemy has promotions all the time. Expect to pay between $10 and $19. If you are in a hurry, message the instructor and ask for a coupon – he/she can only say no but are much more likely to say yes. Why? firstly because you are offering to pay something and not just chasing a freebie (there is nothing more irritating for an instructor than getting a message from someone they have never heard of, asking for a free coupon in return for a review). Secondly, the instructor will much prefer you buying with one of their coupons as they receive 97% of the proceeds, providing you have not signed up as a result of an affiliate link – but they won’t be able to see that ahead of time, so they have to assume you have not – its simply the luck of the draw.
If they do provide you with a coupon – do the nice thing and leave a good review for them anyway
At the end of the day though, remember, Udemy has a full refund 30 day policy which means if the course does not meet your requirements, get your money back and buy a different one.
I hope this is helpful. I might mention that I have recently launched a 2015 Udemy Course Directory (as a Udemy Course) which uses the amazing (and free to download) Visokio Omniscope Viewer. The course is priced low to make it widely accessible. I am sharing $5 coupons to the course (priced at $9 normally) in the launch period and you might like to check it out (don’t forget the 30 day money back guarantee 🙂 ). Here is a link for you and any one else who reads this and wants to do some easy but really smart searching for Udemy Courses –
EntertainmentEarth review LORIS
The company was founded in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles in 1995 by brothers Aaron and Jason Labowitz.[1][2] They initially offered Star Wars action figures with the aim of attracting customers who were collectors who sought mint-condition items, as well as rarer items that might be difficult to find in stores.[3] On April 1, 1996, the company launched its e-commerce site.[4]
Over the years it has become one of the Internet’s largest collectibles retailers, and it also sells general interest toys.[4] It offers over 31,000 licensed products, including toys, gift items, collectibles, and memorabilia. In addition, Entertainment Earth designs and manufactures its own branded lines of merchandise. From 2008 through 2011, Inc.com named it one of the 5,000 fastest growing private retail companies in the United States.[5]
Entertainment Earth has both a retail and a wholesale division, as well as an affiliate program. Its print catalog is produced quarterly. Through its wholesale division, EE Distribution, the company sells to smaller retailers and distributors throughout the world in bulk. It is a Premier Hasbro Distributor in the United States and the exclusive distributor of toys manufactured by Bif Bang Pow!
caesars Review LORIS
Caesars Palace is the ultimate choice in ridiculously campy Las Vegas kitsch – and travelers love it. The hotel’s theme is ripped straight from the Julius Caesar’s Rome, with columns, marble gods and goddesses, plus a toga-clad wait staff serving cocktails on the casino floor. And it’s not lacking in entertainment options either: Guests love the sprawling casino floor and the hundreds of designer outlets found at the Forum Shops, plus the plethora of dining venues. The Colosseum at Caesars Palace – a concert venue with regular acts like Celine Dion, Rod Stewart and Jerry Seinfeld – is another popular perk. While visitors love all the hotel’s amenities, they do warn that travelers should be aware of additional charges for early check-in and the resort fee. You’ll find Caesars mid-Strip, nestled between the Bellagio and the Mirage.
Guest Rooms
Caesars Palace guest rooms are located in five towers – Roman, Forum, Palace, Augustus and Octavius (six if you include the “boutique” Nobu Hotel). Roman Tower rooms are the budget option and close to the casino but their neutral decor, described as reflecting the vision of Caesars Palace founder Jay Sarno, has not changed much in 40 years. Forum and Palace rooms are a significant upgrade for only a modest increase in cost. Augustus and Octavius rooms are newer still, and high rollers have their choice of opulent suites, penthouses and villas.

The inclusivity makes ExpertRating a great choice if you are not in the manufacturing or healthcare industries.
4. Green, Black, and Master Black Belts
Many employers conduct in-house training and certification; having inexpensive accredited certification with a low level Green Belt helps you attain Six Sigma training that’s attractive to companies that offer high level in-house certification. But you can also aim for mastery with a Master Black Belt option. You can also go for the middle ground with just a Black Belt course. The level of options make this a very versatile program.
5. Project Scenarios
When learning Six Sigma methodologies, it’s crucial to learning how to implement them. Learning the philosophies and principles associated with them are time and money saving efficient ways of managing projects. But you must learn more than just the ideas behind Six Sigma. ExpertRating utilizes implementation to help achieve true learning through the use of several project scenarios. There’s no better way to ensure you’ve learned a core concept than to put it into practice.
Ideal User
ExpertRating offers a Six Sigma course that is perfect for the person that needs the flexibility to choose how long they want to take to complete the course. The year long expiration date allows you to either take it out in a month or take your time and do it over the course of the year.

You have a year to take advantage of the program and the price is among the best in the industry. The project scenarios will ensure that you’ll know exactly how to implement Six Sigma methodologies into any project. And when you’re done with the course, you’ll take the certified exam at no extra cost.
