Spinpalace.com is a well re-designed site that doesn’t go over the top with promotions but provides a quality casino and sports betting experience. It has a long track record and seems to have learned from its experience as it has put forward a good overall product. We would like to see more banking information, though. When you do some searching, a few of the sites under the Palace Group did have some affiliate payment problems and slow pays for players. But, on the flip side, sites like Spin Palace, Mummy’s Gold, and River Belle Gold have always been highly regarded by both reviewers and players, at least for the most part.
There aren’t currently any major issues being reported and the Palace Group’s old ties to the affiliate program, Wagershare, appear to be severed. Wagershare was assumed to be behind most of the complaints that were filed.

Sports betting operates a little differently when it comes to meeting promotional wagering requirements. In this case, the value of the initial deposit needs to be played through five times to activate the free bet. The maximum win on a free bet is capped at $20,000, so that’s not too bad.

We do like it when a casino offers something a bit different for their players. The deposit match system can get old quickly. Summary
Before we even pulled up Spin Palace, we went back and visited some player forums as the site was initially part of the Palace Group which had a bit of controversy following it. When you dig in deeper, though, it seems that most of the issues that came up all revolved around Wagershare, its previous affiliate program, and a group called Buffalo Partners which, by all accounts, is no longer associated with Spin Palace or CityViews sites.
It’s important to put it out there though as some comments aren’t quite complimentary, but there are also plenty of players who stepped up and talked about a great experience using this casino. Keep in mind that the sportsbook is new, so there won’t be a lot of discussions yet regarding the betting service but, nowhere did we find any recent consistent and troubling information regarding player payouts aside from some that took longer to process than others.
The new Spin Palace is an impressive site that provides a well-rounded online gaming experience. You’ve got slots, video poker, table games, live dealer tables, and a sportsbook that also includes a racebook and the increasingly popular e-sports.
Bonus seekers may be somewhat disappointed as there is a welcome bonus, actually a three-part package for casino players as well as a free bet welcome offer for sports bettors, but that’s where the buck stops. There isn’t a packed promotional menu featuring reloads and other offers. We’re in agreement with a streamlined program because it eliminates a lot of problems that players run into using these types of offers. It would be nice to see something of a truly value-added nature, though. Some raffles or fun contents that don’t rely on deposits but are tied into game play are always welcome additions and enhance the overall experience, but they certainly don’t make or break a casino.

When we get into the banking area, it’s a mixed bag. There’s a detailed page of options, but the only information provided is whether or not you can use them for deposits and withdrawals. It would be helpful to have details of minimum and maximum transactions and a fee schedule.
We also had to take a stab at the approval timing as it’s not publicly posted either. Based on feedback from other sites and players, we estimate that internal approvals fall in the one to three business day range, but then for methods like credit and debit cards, there will be additional delays for external processing.
Stepping into the casino, you really can’t go wrong when you use Microgaming as a sole provider as opposed to some other companies.
